The facts: what's happened.

Two days ago *glitterdarkstar has posted a deviation.
*kosmobil has recognized in Lore's deviation some elements from a deviation of his gallery.
Rightly *kosmobil wanted a clarification, but Loredana at first has reacted with too much impulsiveness deleting all her deviation. Then the caos.
The day after with more lucidity, Loredana has submitted a journal begging the pardon of *kosmobil 'cause she has recognized those similitudes too. She has admitted the usage of some brushes she has downloaded before, absolutely in good faith (and she has submitted the original file of her photo with the EXIF and the brushset too, then the brushes removed by the staff). She asked to her audience to not offend or attack *kosmobil 'cause actually he was in right asking some clarification and she apologized publicly for that incident, with humility.
All useless. In a couple of hours it storms a incredible mess despite the two involved attempted to solve the circumstance with calm and lucidity.
Loredana, without any doubt benefit, was crucified as the most dishonest bandit of the community, despite she apologized in public and she deleted immediately the deviation at issue. Just like all her engagement for dA, four years of her life, never exist.
But more serious thing, more serious than the accusation she received from common users, the staff removed her senior status on the basis of accusations and gripes not even substantiated with evidence.
In democracy a person is innocent untill the concrete demonstration of guiltiness. And in any case, Loredana has done everything to assume her responsibility apologizing in public with :devkosmobile: and the entire community for her mistake.

But it seems that democracy statments and public apologies are not so important on deviantART.



Now.. I want to suggest you a point of view that few people seem to have contemplated.

Why a deviant so popular (751,212 Pageviews), with an audience of 5,853 watchers, with her deviations steadily in the popular frontpage of deviantART, so deeply engaged in the community, featuring unknown deviants daily on her space and in art groups, suggesting a large part of deviantART DDs, acting with extremely kindness with everyone on this site, with a deviousness award that says:

"`glitterdarkstar is a name known amongst many deviants already, particularly in the area of photography and her endless love of promoting underexposed photographers through her journal, her Daily Deviation suggestions, or her involvement with *deviant-ARCADE. And that isn't even mentioning her endless comments of praise and support to artists nor her own passion for creating work of her own. So it is our pleasure to close out 2007 by presenting the Deviousness Award to `glitterdarkstar"

why..why a person like that would even do a so stupid thing as to copy or to steal or to manipulate purposely a pic from another deviant? Why if it's so obvious that a person with an audience like Loredana would be striked instantly?

Just a mad would act in the way you want to accuse Loredana. And Loredana has demonstrated with facts in four years of activity that isn't a mad for sure, but an honest and kind person.. and her deviousness award states it.

The most discreditable thing is that for a single fault you've crucified a person that for 4 years of her life has engaged her time to help this community. To err is human: you've humiliated a person and deprived her of this benefit.
This is disgusting.

SHAME ON YOU.

For these reasons I asked yesterday to $chix0r and colleagues to revoke my senior status too... 'cause I don't want to be a part of a group that act in this way. I'm not that kind of person. And I hope they'll do it soon.

This site yesterday has touched the lowest floor.

BUT LOOK: besides everything you can write.. the moral integrity and honesty of Loredana is and will be untouchable.
